What exactly is a pack-out service?

Our pack-out service includes taking an inventory of all affected items from the water or fire damage, packing them up, and transporting them into our care until the restoration process is complete. Before we bring your items to our facility, we will provide you with electronic tracking that way you know exactly where everything is throughout the restoration process. We will then clean, dry, and store them in our climate-controlled storage facility until the restoration process is complete. After your property is fully restored, we will return your cleaned and restored items back to the exact placement it was in before.
